Asthma - Treatment & Prevention
Diagnosis of asthma requires symptoms such as wheezing, coughing, difficulty breathing and tightness of chest...
However, the contributory factors include pollution, pesticides, aerobic exercise, pollen, allergens such as dust mites, moulds and certain foods, and cigarette smoke...
Some foods which can exacerbate asthma symptoms include: dairy, gluten, chocolate, dried fruits, tomatoes, food additives, animal foods and salt
Beneficial foods: fresh fruits especially those high in vit C like mango and berries, avoid citrus fruits as they can be allergens
