5 Ways to Reduce Unwanted Inflammation

I’m a nutritionist & acupuncturist and here’s how to optimise your levels of inflammation naturally:

1. Reduce intake of refined sugar, caffeine, alcohol and dairy intake. Increase intake of turmeric, ginger, extra virgin olive oil, nuts and seeds, nettle, green tea

2. Take a good omega 3 & vitamin D supplement (I swear by @barebiology for these!)

3. Optimise sleep (practice good sleep hygiene, exposure to natural light first thing, magnesium, Epsom salt baths)

4. Move your body daily, preferably outside in nature. Swap hiit training for low impact forms such as resistance training

5. Get acupuncture… trust me. It really works !
