Easy Hack to Balance your Hormones
If you have any sort of hormonal imbalance - fatigue, acne, irregular periods, weight gain/loss etc. Then one of the easiest ways to balance them is to stabilise your blood sugar!
And how best to do that? Have breakfast every day, preferably one that’s hot, cooked, containing protein (eggs, meat, nuts, seeds, chickpeas/hummus, salmon etc) and healthy fats (avocados, hummus, olives, olive oil, nuts, seeds)
Intermittent fasting can have huge benefits, but, a lot of the research is done on males with more stable hormones. If you have hormonal imbalance in any way then intermittent fasting probably isn’t for you!
